The strength of LeadingAge Iowa lies in its membership – Care Providers as well as Associate Members. Through LeadingAge Iowa's governance structure, members can actively participate in determining the goals, programs, and activities of LeadingAge Iowa. Input from committee members is crucial in the formation of policy and direction for the Association, including its ability to provide timely, cost-effective, and high quality service to its members. LeadingAge Iowa's committees are a vital link between the Board of Directors, staff and membership. As such, they form the backbone of the Association and the work that it does.
