The Director of Nursing is responsible for administrative functions, supervision, directing, training, and providing direct quality care. Nurse (RN or LPN) FT Nights - Newton Village Assisted Living and Care Center

Newton Village Assisted Living and Care Center provides comfortable, safe, and healthy accommodations to meet the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of elderly adults in a faith-based atmosphere. We are a full-service Long Term Care senior community with a professional, caring, and dedicated staff. We are committed to providing quality and compassionate service to all of our residents.

We are currently seeking a dedicated a full-time Nurse (RN or LPN) to work with residents in our care facility!

Responsibilities:

  • Function in a supervisor capacity as assigned for the completion of resident care, employee guidance and discipline, and maintenance of a positive assisted living environment
  • Complete all documentation for assessments, observations, planning evaluation, orders by physicians, and care provided to residents charting on the latest computer software
  • Maintain open lines of communication among staff, physicians, and families
  • Other tasks as requested

Schedule:

  • 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
  • Full Time (30+ hrs) including every other weekend and rotating holidays

DON (Director of Nursing) - Valley View Village

Valley View Village's new 70,000-square-foot building offers private and semi-private suites, with 20 memory-care beds, 20 skilled-care beds and 39 long-term care beds. We are currently seeking an exceptional Full-Time DON.
The ideal candidate will have long-term care experience with strong clinical and outstanding customer service skills, as well as excellent supervisory and leadership experience.
As DON at Valley View Village, you will:

  • Plan, develop, direct, and supervise our entire nursing department in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
  • Ensure our resident’s physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being needs are met
  • Promote and demonstrate excellence within our multi-disciplinary team
