Healthcare of Iowa, Inc., a leader in the management of long-term care and assisted living communities, is seeking an Administrator for a 46-bed skilled nursing facility which is currently under construction in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Unity Point’s Transitional Care Center, which will be managed by Healthcare of Iowa, Inc., is scheduled to open in August 2019. This facility is designed to bridge the distance between the hospital setting and the patient’s home by providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation in patient rooms ideal for a short term stay. Future campus plans also include an assisted living, independent living, and memory care options. The successful candidate must possess a team-oriented leadership style along with organizational, decision making and leadership skills. A current Iowa Administrator’s license is required with a minimum of three years’ experience and the ability to create a culture where staff is committed to our mission “Enriching Lives Through Kind.
