DUTIES: Provide direct resident care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Supervise activity of Resident Assistants as they provide ancillary resident care services. Dispense all medications. Document progress in resident’s chart during shift. All other duties as assigned.

The Friendship Home is a 60+bed, non-profit long-term care community, currently undergoing extensive renovation. We are a mission-driven organization with a strong reputation, a home-like resident-centered care model, great survey history, and are blessed with longevity of dedicated staff. We are searching for an experienced, compassionate, and driven Nursing Home Administrator. Working closely with the Interdisciplinary Team, this position will be responsible for providing key leadership to all areas and the day-to-day operations of our Not-for-Profit skilled nursing facility in accordance with current federal and state regulations, assuring the highest degree of quality care to our residents. Experience in the functional areas of Administration, Human Resources & Personnel, Staff Development, Safety, Budget & Fiscal Planning, and Census Development needed. The ideal candidate will have at least three years in an Administrator role, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service, and a desire to serve Seniors.
