Team Starts with Trust Workshop

All roads lead to trust. 

Trust is the essential ingredient for building a healthy, effective team. During this three‑hour workshop, we will explore why trust is the foundation of great teamwork and how to intentionally cultivate it. Participants will gain hands‑on tools and practical strategies they can immediately apply with their teams back home.

We encourage teams to attend this pre‑conference session together so you can have direct, meaningful conversations about the current “trust temperature” within your group. If you’re attending the conference on your own, you’re equally welcome. You will  have opportunities to partner with peers who are also eager to bring back techniques, exercises, and insights to strengthen trust in their organizations.

Even if you feel your team already has a strong foundation of trust, this workshop is still for you. Trust isn’t a one‑time achievement; it requires ongoing attention and care. This session will challenge you to reflect deeply on your role in building and maintaining trust. For example: when a new team member joins, how do you ensure they quickly feel connected and supported? If you’re not actively nurturing trust, chances are it’s quietly eroding.

This workshop will offer practical guidance, fresh perspectives, and actionable steps to help ensure trust remains strong and resilient within your team.

  • Learn realistic, attainable tools for building and maintaining trust.
  • Engage in hands‑on trust‑building exercises.
