How High Can You Bounce? Turning Setbacks into Opportunity

Change is constant in aging services and success belongs to those who know how to positively respond to it.

How High Can You Bounce? is an inspiring, high-impact keynote designed to empower leaders and teams in aging services to rise above challenges, reframe change as opportunity, and strengthen the mindset required to serve others at the highest level. This presentation encourages participants to rebound from adversity, reset their perspective, and move forward with renewed purpose, clarity, and confidence.

Through powerful stories and practical mindset shifts, Roger challenges the audience to see change not as a disruption but as an invitation to grow, lead, and make an even greater impact.

Participants Will Be Inspired To:

  • Transform uncertainty and apprehension into engagement by embracing new possibilities.
  • Elevate accountability and ownership to remove barriers and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Reframe challenges as catalysts for innovation, growth, and stronger service.
  • Recognize change as the fuel of progress and possibility.
