Celebrate Excellence

LeadingAge Iowa’s annual awards program honors individuals and organizations who lead with purpose, prioritize quality, and inspire excellence across aging services. Organizational members are invited to submit nominations to recognize the outstanding people and programs that shape our field.

Award recipients will be celebrated during the LeadingAge Iowa Annual Conference taking place May 6–7, 2026 at The Meadows Events & Conference Center, Altoona.

Nominations are open to all LeadingAge Iowa member organizations and may highlight exceptional contributions at every level of service. Whether it’s a caregiver who consistently goes above and beyond, a leader driving meaningful change, or a program reimagining what aging can look like—this is the moment to shine a spotlight on those making a difference.
