The ICD-10-CM and PDPM program will provide instruction in assigning the ICD-10-CM codes to diagnoses using the ICD-10-CM code book, exercises and scenarios to assure the participants understand how to utilize the ICD-10-CM code book and guidelines.  The ICD-10-CM program will provide instructions in assigning information regarding selection of principal diagnosis, documentation coding on MDS and PDPM will be provided and discussed.
