Get Ready for MDS Changes Coming October 1, 2023

LeadingAge Iowa is partnering with LeadingAge Oregon to offer this opportunity. October 1, 2023, will bring significant changes to the MDS. Organizational leadership needs to prepare and plan updates to data collection and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and limit revenue loss. Attend this deep-dive workshop for a section-by-section review of the changes and instructions for coding. Information will be provided related to operational processes to consider as well as staff training.

This course is a supplement to the 3-day Navigating MDS 3.0 Webinar Series course that is offered throughout the year. Separate registration required.

MDS 3.0 is a critical nursing facility assessment tool that can directly impact resident quality of care, survey outcomes, your publicly posted quality measures and your reimbursement.
